It is a pleasure to introduce Mao House. Mao House is not only a bed and breakfast accommodation, but also the land mark building of Yu-Guan Island. Two years ago, Dr. Huang Sen Chuan took me to Yu-Guan Island, then I bought an eighteen squares land. Now, our three-floor house is successively developed into completion of the first stage of Mao House. I would like to specially thank Dr. Huang imparted his knowledge to Mao House development.

Today, Shangri - La in my dream appears in Yu-Guan Island which includes historic bridge, designer house, and local culture.I am devoted in architecture studying with innovating new style building. For many years, I have set up this kind of distinguished building culture that merges modern and traditional culture. In the era of construction transition, we have to integrate our traditional culture with modern technique in order to keep our memory and emotion into the building. We believed Mao House will be the future symbol in this historic era.

Mao House combined Taiwanese and Tainan local culture, together which will be continued and perpetuity forever to influence ideas and spirits of people. My life, memory and dream came alive when building Mao House. We hope Taiwan and Tainan will become famous tourist spots in the world one day. The best place to start Tainan cultural adventure is from Yu-Guan Island.
